  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes we do!! Free Wifi in every room.

  • Do you have USB points to charge devices if we just have the USB charging cord?

    Yes we do!! Dual USB charging slots for your convenience in every room.

  • Do you have Microwaves in every room if we want to heat up a meal?

    Yes we do!! A Microwave is available in every room for your convenience in every room.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Check-in time is 2pm. 

  • What is the latest I can Check-in?

    5.00pm. Please contact us to organise late and after hours check in.

  • Does a Merchant surcharge fee apply to certain card transactions?

    Yes. All Visa & Mastercard (Credit & Debit) 1.5%  Amex 1.98% 

  • What time is check out?

    10.00am prior arrangement can be made for late departures and only if available and fee may be apply.

  • Can I arrive late?

     Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 5.00pm. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.

  • What are your reception office hours?

    We are open from 9am to 11am & then reopen from   2pm - 5pm. (office is closed between 11am & 2pm daily)

  • Do you have a Noise policy?

    Yes we ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum from 11pm to 7pm No one other than guests staying in room after 11pm

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Bribie Waterways Motel are non-smoking in the rooms. We do have limited rooms that allow smoking on balcony or patio only with door closed and if required please advise at time of booking. 

  • Do you have a restaurant?

     UNFORTUNATELY RESTAURANT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    00 metres to local shopping centre includes an IGA, liquor store , bakery and newsagent.  5 minutes by car to the larger Bribie Island Shopping Centre with 35 specialist shops including Target, Spend less Shoes, Gloria Jeans, Donut King, Sushi plus Woolworths.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Unfortunately we do not have a restaurant onsite anymore. We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants, clubs and fast food outlets including McDonalds, Subway, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai. Bribie Island RSL Club, Bribie Island Bowls Club, Bribie Island Surf Club.  Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond.
